A User account is required for full accessibility to information and services provided on the Website. To purchase Thrills promotions, User must register and login to the account.

totallyspa reserves the right to decline or terminate new or existing accounts.

totallyspa owns the right to terminate accounts that uses proxy IPs (Internet Protocol addresses) with the purpose of hiding multiple registration accounts, or if any information provided is deemed false at the discretion of totallyspa, or disrupts the Website or Service in any way.

User accounts must be created using a valid email address that the User accesses regularly, as moderation emails will be sent as well. Any accounts which are registered with a temporary email address and/or an email address that is not the User's will be closed without notice.

Thrills Promotion

Users must login prior to the purchase of a Thrills promotion.

By being an account holder, you have given us the right to send you administrative and promotional emails. Information regarding your recent account activity and purchase, updates on the Website as well as any other Services may also be sent to you. An opt-out option via an unsubscribe link is available in each email correspondence. User may also update their account settings to opt-in or out of the mailing list.

Subscription to receive bi-weekly offer emails and Thrills emails are different and User can change their preferences by updating their User account settings.

Purchase of a Thrills promotion is deem completed after totallyspa receives your payment via PayPal, and a PayPal receipt is issued to you.

Terms and Conditions of each Thrills promotion is featured on the Website and User is recommended to have a print-out of the detail page for record.

User must redeem the Thrills promotion, within the stipulated Terms and Conditions, directly with the Spa Merchant (the "Merchant") using the contact details provided on the Website.

Users must provide the unique 8-digit Buy Code when booking their appointment with the Merchant.

All Thrills purchases are not refundable.

The User is solely and fully responsible for the Thrills 8-digit Buy Code and should not reveal it to anyone other than the Merchant for the purpose of making the appointment.

All Thrills purchases are for the personal consumption of the User. Thrills purchases are not to be reproduced, resold or traded. Attempts to carry out any of these or the like will void the Thrills purchase at the discretion of totallyspa.

Purchase of the Thrills promotions constitutes the User's acceptance and agreement of the Terms and Conditions set out in this Agreement.

Merchant's Obligations

The Merchant, not totallyspa, is the seller of the promotions featured in Thrills. Hence the Merchant is fully and solely responsible and liable for the provision of the promotion/s as detailed on the Website and in accordance to the terms and conditions.

The Merchant reserves the right to decline redemption rights if someone else other than the original purchaser attempts to redeem the Thrills promotion, or the Thrills purchase code was reproduced, resold or traded.

The value of the each Thrills must be redeemed in its entirety. There is no conversion to credit, cash or new Thrills offer if it is redeemed for less than its face value.

The Merchant reserves the right to accept or decline redemption of the Thrills promotion in conjunction with any other promotional offers, vouchers, third-party coupons, certificates or the like.

The Merchant reserves the right to accept or decline Thrills promotion which has expired, as stipulated on the Website.

Thrills promotions may be advertised on the internet and other points on the Website. Merchant's participation in the Thrills program includes the permission to totallyspa to use Thrills promotion content for this purpose.

All content and assets remain the property of the Merchant.

Merchant's participation in the Thrills program constitutes an acceptance and agreement of the Terms and Conditions as set out in this Agreement.

Website Users Data

Relationship of Parties

totallyspa and Website Users are independent contractors under these Terms and Conditions, and nothing herein shall be construed to create a partnership, joint venture, agency, or employment relationship. Neither party pursuant to these Terms and Conditions has authority to enter into agreements of any kind on behalf of the other and neither party shall be considered the agent of the other.

Successors and Assigns

These Terms and Conditions shall be binding upon the parties hereto and their respective heirs, successors, and assigns. This provision shall survive termination of these Terms and Conditions.

Termination

These Terms and Conditions may be terminated by Website Users at any time by discontinuing use of the services. These Terms and Conditions may be terminated by totallyspa (a) automatically upon any violation of these Terms and Conditions, with or without prior notice to Website Users, at The totallyspa's sole discretion; (b) at any time, for any reason, or no reason at all, with or without prior notice to Website Users, upon totallyspa's blocking of Website Users' access to the service and/or notification to Website Users at the e-mail address provided in Website Users' registration or otherwise. Upon any termination by totallyspa, Website Users shall discontinue any effort to access totallysa website or the services.
